What is Covered: This Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to issues with powder coating (e.g., chipping, peeling, or fading due to manufacturing defects) and craftsmanship (e.g., structural failures or assembly flaws under normal use). We will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component free of charge (excluding shipping costs, as detailed below).

Duration: The warranty lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser, defined as the natural life of the individual who originally bought the product from us or an authorized retailer. It begins on the date of purchase and requires proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) to validate any claim.

Eligible Products: This warranty applies only to our standard, non-blemished products purchased at full price. It does not extend to BLEM (blemished) products, clearance items, or any products sold "as-is" or at a discounted rate due to cosmetic imperfections.

2) Exclusions

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

Ordinary Wear and Tear: Normal deterioration from everyday use, including scratches, dents, fading from sun exposure, or general aging of the product.

Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, accidents, modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs. Examples include exposure to extreme temperatures, corrosive substances, overloading beyond recommended capacity, or using the product for purposes other than its intended design.

Cosmetic Issues: Minor aesthetic imperfections that do not affect functionality, such as color variations or surface marks not related to manufacturing defects.

Third-Party Damage: Damage caused by shipping carriers, installation by third parties, or environmental factors (e.g., weather, pests, or natural disasters).

Consumable Parts: Any replaceable components like batteries, seals, gaskets, grommets or accessories that are expected to wear out over time.

Indirect or Consequential Damages: Loss of use, lost profits, or any incidental damages arising from the product's defect.

Non-Transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover products resold or gifted to others.

3) Claim Process

To make a claim uner this Lifetime Warranty:

Return Requirement: The product (or defective component) must be returned to us for inspection. We reserve the right to examine the item to determine if the defect is covered under this warranty.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the defective product to us, as well as the shipment of any repaired or replacement item back to the customer. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection and Resolution: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product within 30 days. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item with a comparable product (which may be new or refurbished). If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may issue a refund at our discretion, based on the original purchase price prorated for the product's age and usage.

No Automatic Replacements: We do not provide advance replacements; the original item must be returned and inspected first.

4) Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
